DESPERADO pocket watches are designed for those who want the look and feel of a pocket watch from yesteryear. This pocket watch is designed for the owner to insert a photo inside of the front lid. These “picture frame” pocket watches are the only watches that can have a photo inserted without the worry of damaging the pocket watch! Add engraving to make it the perfect personalized pocket watch!

The inside of the front lid has a place designed for a photo to be inserted. The front lid is hinged at the bottom of the case. The back lid is hinged but is designed as a stand for display purposes. Unlike similar pocket watches with the photo or picture insert feature, this watch is designed to not fall over when placed on a desk or table with the front lid open to view the picture. Because it is used as a desk or table top stand, the back does not open all the way like the front lid. The high polished gold finish on the front and back lids are perfect for engraving!

This high quality mechanical pocket watch features a shock protected 17 jewel wind up mechanical movement. Like all mechanical pocket watches, it must be wound daily to keep time. Unlike a quartz watch, a mechanical pocket watch never needs a battery!
