Warranty Information
DESPERADO watches are warranted for three years against manufacturing defects
to the original owner from the date of purchase. Physical damage to the case,
crystal, bow, crown, and movement due to tampering or abuse are excluded from
the warranty. Normal "wear and tear" is not covered. We reserve the
right to repair the watch, or replace it with one of equal value and similar
appearance. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you might have
other rights which vary from state to state. We will not be responsible for
any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of this watch.
Should your DESPERADO watch require service, do not return it to the store where
it was purchased. Please forward to our authorized service center below:
